At Jascko, we understand that sometimes merchandise will need to be returned. Wrong size? Wrong configuration? No worries, we are here to help customers get the right items they need.
All Returns Are Subject to Jascko Corporation’s Policies
Items can be returned to Jascko within 10 business days of original receipt. Incomplete returns, used products, items not in new condition, and some other items outlined below cannot be returned.
Jascko’s return policy for unused merchandise is as follows:
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND/OR CREDIT:
A refund will be issued (less any applicable restocking and/or return fees) if the following returned merchandise conditions are met:
- All returns must be 100% complete, containing all boxes, manuals, accessories, components and products.
- The merchandise is unused.
- The merchandise was not installed.
- The merchandise is in its original sold condition.
- The merchandise must be completely free from any damages, scratches or other defects.
- Manufacturer’s labels cannot have been altered in any way.
- Merchandise was returned and received at a Jascko location.
- All returned merchandise must have an assigned Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any items without this number will be refused.
ANY ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE AND FEES:

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND/OR CREDIT:
Please make special note of the following items that are NOT eligible for returns:
- Any item after ten business days of original purchase.
- Custom, special, or any non-inventory orders (including drop-shipments).
- Clearance or overstock final sale items.
- Any electrical parts (control boards, motors, transformers, etc.).
All merchandise must be brought to a designated Jascko location to be considered for returns.
- Original shipping costs, including any expedited freight, will not be refunded.
- Any shipping costs associated with a return will not be refunded.
- Labor and/or installation services will not be refunded.
- Jascko Corp. is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
Every item requires a completed and signed Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No return will be honored without an RMA number. Jascko, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny a return if the above-mentioned requirements are not met.
The amount credited will be the original sale price as it was invoiced less any return, restocking, or repackaging fees as outlined above. After full inspection, a credit will not be issued for material(s) determined to be defective or covered under a manufacturer’s warranty policy. No deductions can be taken prior to the issuance of a credit memo by Jascko Corporation.
